Theme track

“Grace Still Finds Me” is my theme track because it tells the truth of my life and faith in a single sentence.

I didn’t grow up outside of faith—I grew up surrounded by it. Church, Scripture, expectation, and responsibility were always present. But faith, for me, was never neat or easy. It was tested by loss, shaped by struggle, and often marked by questions that didn’t have quick answers.

I’ve learned that grace isn’t something you graduate into when you get everything right. It shows up in failure, in exhaustion, in the quiet weight of responsibility—especially in marriage and fatherhood, where love demands more than words. I’ve tried to live faithfully, and I’ve also fallen short. More than once.

This song isn’t about triumph. It’s about persistence. It’s about the mercy that keeps meeting me even when I’m tired, uncertain, or aware of my own flaws. When faith feels thin, grace feels near.

That’s why this song represents everything I write. Every other song I’ve written flows from this truth: I’m still here, still believing, not because I’m strong—but because grace keeps finding me.
